“Look at the birds of the air,” suggests Jesus in Matthew’s Gospel (5.26). This week we will be doing just that, as well as considering fish and other sea creatures described on the fifth day in the Genesis 1 narrative.
Prayer for the week
All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
He gave us eyes to see them,
And lips that we might tell,
How great is God Almighty,
Who has made all things well.
